Most people think of our Cosmos as a “free will universe” where free will has been gifted to us from God. We are free to make good choices that improve us (get us to heaven if
that is your thing). Equally we are free to make dumb choices that keep
heading us into misery. Seemingly, learning from our free will mistakes
is a most fundamental way to teach us how to be good responsible
citizens.
